Brewing

One of the things I do when I’m not doing philosophy is brewing beer. I’m intrigued by radical beers that manage to capture surprising taste combinations or present the character of some ingredient in a new, thought provoking way. I also enjoy old dead beer styles and I’m deeply in love with Nelson Sauvin hops. Oh, and I really like hops. “When in doubt add hops!”, as my dear brewmate often reminds me.
